Friday, March 28, 2025: only my second time going to the Cinder Bar and had a great experience enjoying the service and food. I thought I was going "all in" with appetizers only but ended up getting a meal too. Imagine that! I tried to pick things I've never had before (or even heard of lol) and I was rewarded with a great dining experience. I took pictures of everything we ate! Amanda C was our server and she was great! Our drinks and orders were taken quickly and she was constantly coming around to refill our water glasses and see if we needed anything. In this industry, a smile and kind disposition go a long way! Overall, the food was good and reasonably priced; the service was exceptional. The place is open air seating with a huge bar right in the middle. There are plenty of TVs located throughout with mostly sports broadcasted. If you have never been - then you should go and check it out. Here are a few additional details I would like to make with the following disclaimer: none of these are intended to diminish the 5-star rating and are based solely on personal preference and/or opinion. On busy nights, there will be a wait time (it was Friday night and extremely busy). You can join a waitlist online, which is very cool and convenient. The music was very loud - a tad too loud for my liking. The wood fired calzone was slightly undercooked. The middle was barely warm to the touch and the dough was a little too doughy/chewy. It didn't matter: we tasted a little bit and took the rest home. It warmed up perfectly the next day in our air fryer. Again, none of these are deal-breakers. I definitely want to go back and try some of their signature cocktails and other menu options. I am recommending Cinder Bar as a great dining experience!

Found this place on our way home from an event ... we were greeted and seated within 2 minutes of arriving - the place was packed but our server was extremely attentive. She was friendly and offered suggestions on what to order. Food arrived hot and fresh. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. There is a good variety of choices ... we did get charged $1 for the honey mustard - not a big deal but kinda annoying.

Shout out to Sean at the Williamstown location. I joined the wait list and waited 60 minutes. The wait list then tried to put me back in line for no reason. I called the restaurant and Sean got us seated. Thank you Sean for your professionalism and kindness, it is greatly appreciated!

My husband and I stopped by Cinder Bar after a midwife appointment in the area, and the reviews caught my attention--glad we checked it out! We ordered the lobster bisque, pierogis, sriracha deviled eggs, Winter Waldorf salad with salmon, and the whiskey burger with truffle fries. Everything was flavorful, but the bisque could've been hotter for my taste. The temperature I would give it a 4/5, but it was rich and tasty, just a bit on the salty side. The pierogis were a standout, perfectly crisp with great flavor with a side of sour cream, and the sriracha deviled eggs had the right balance of heat and creaminess. My salad was fresh, and the salmon was cooked beautifully. My husband enjoyed his whiskey burger, which was juicy and well-seasoned. The ambiance was a highlight--I loved the industrial-style lighting, especially the bulbs made from recycled whiskey and liquor bottles. Such a unique and cool touch! The hospitality was friendly, and the overall vibe was warm and inviting. Would definitely come back and try more dishes! Maybe next time, I'll ask if they can heat the bisque a bit more to my liking. Great spot for a cozy meal with a fun atmosphere!

First time to Cinder Bar, been wanting to go and today was the day. We went Friday at 11:30am pretty empty which was great . I ordered the Tuscan chicken with truffle fries. The sandwich was super delicious huge portion had to take the rest home. The truffle fries were nice and crunchy and delicious. Tried the Cali- italia pizza deliciousness of prosciutto and greens. The carrot Crostini wasn't sure about this one since it had goat cheese but it was very light and super Flavorful. The right balance of savory and sweet

This places was packed on a Friday night but the staff moved quickly and our wait was not long at all. One member of the party had been already and recommended items. We listed and were not disappointed AT ALL! I had the vegan cheesesteak and let me tell you... ONE OF THE BEST VEGAN CHEESESTEAKS I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! And I've tried a few. It even reheated well!!! We had a really cool server which made the visit even better. Definitely a bar vibe where I'd pull up just to watch the game a sip on something but also great for groups. I especially liked the few sections that seemed that you could make them private for parties. I'm excited to return to eat the cheesesteak again.

The service was great. Food was so so! Empanada was amazing. Shrimp was good maybe could be a little crispier. The street corn was so bland and had no flavor . The tempura zucchini was so hard. This for sure was something I've never had before. It was almost as if they were sitting there for a long time.

We were lucky enough to join friends on a Saturday mid-afternoon. Perfect timing with the lunch time crowd thinning out so we scored a table by the cozy fireplace seating area. Loved that we were able to talk without having to shout. We really enjoyed being able to choose the small plate portions and liked everything. Our dessert was fantastic. A moist, buttery Bundt cake with cream and butter pecan ice cream that was the perfect size to share. Hoping to return again.

Found ourselves here on an early afternoon weekend and lucked out when we discovered friends were also already here. We easily joined their table, even though they had already started on their main course. We shared a couple of the appetizers, each one had a bit of a twist. Liked the meatballs, small but flavorful. The deviled eggs (jalapeno smoke bombs) were a hard NO for me - didn't like the flavors, and the knaki colored yolks weren't very appetizing. I enjoyed the crostini - the description actually sounded interesting - roasted heirloom baby carrots, fig jam glaze, caramelized onions, goat cheese, chives, rosemary crostini. The surprising winner? TOFFEE BUNDT CAKE! OMG, it was served warm (which just put it over the top) and we loved the butter pecan ice cream. I'm going to come back just for that!

I enjoyed my first visit to Cinder Bar. I reserved a spot on the Waitlist online. The app said to check in with the host. Upon doing so, we were seated immediately. The dining room was 95% full and the bar area was completely full. There were a number of BB games on the television to watch, a volleyball game, and the Heisman Trophy ceremony. For dinner, I ordered the plank-seared salmon with Brussel sprouts and spinach. Salmon - 4/5, Sprouts - 5/5, Spinach - 5/5. Needless to say, I enjoyed my dinner. I also ordered a Limoncello Margarita that was divine. I appreciated the varied food and drink menus. They have something for everyone with pizza and small plates. I will definitely re-vist before I leave town. Can we get one in the 28078 area, please?
